Kitten and Cat Sales - Refund Policy
The holding/deposit fee is $500.00 Per kitten. The deposit must be sent as soon as possible to ensure your selected kitten will remain available and be reserved by you. The deposit/holding fee is not refundable but it is transferable to any available kitten. Our goal is to place our kittens in a loving home in a timely manner so that they can bond with their new family. A change of mind can often jeopardize that particular kittens chance of transitioning at a desirable age.
A Sales and Health Agreement will be emailed to you and must be filled out, signed and returned within 24 hours of buyers payment of holding deposit or buyers verbal acceptance of kitten.
Our Kittens are ready to transition to their new home between 11 and 16 weeks, 12 weeks being the average. We use pet courier services to ship to all states and internationally. Please note that the shipping/delivery charges are not included in the price of the kitten but will be an additional fee. You can also arrange your own transportation or pick up your kitten in person. If your kitten will be shipped, you must pay in full before your kitten leaves our cattery. If you are picking your kitten up in person you may choose to pay the balance by PayPal or cash when pick up your kitten.
Your kitten will be litter box trained and well socialized and arrive micro chipped, and in an airline approved carrier. Your kitten will already be registered with TICA and you will receive their pedigree in the mail directly from TICA . The timing of receipt of the pedigree in the mail varies depending on TICA. We are usually able to give you some idea of the time line.
We are somewhat flexible when it comes to the payment methods we accept. A cat/kitten is not held without a cleared deposit and a cat/kitten is not considered the buyers until paid in full and cleared if paid by check.
We do not accept returns for a refund or exchange unless a certified veterinarian provides written confirmation of an illness that makes the cat/kitten unfit for selling. You may return or surrender cat/kitten at any time for any reason without refund. Jewelry and Accessory Sales - Refund/Cancellation Policy
All Jewelry and/or accessory sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are given for incorrect orders or items that are received by customer in a damaged condition. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 678-617-1034 between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday through Saturday and we will advise how to return the items for a refund or exchange.
